- INITIAL AUDITIONS Video Auditions due July 24 at 12pm (noon)
- CALLBACKS Saturday, July 25 at 9am

- PERFORMANCES AT STUDIO 3: September 25 – October 11 *this show will be double cast and we will allow a weekend missed due to fall break schedules.

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: *SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Please plan to have rehearsal conflicts listed on your audition application. Not all rehearsal days/times will be used and not all actors are called for every rehearsal.
- Wednesdays 5-9pm, Thursdays 5-9pm, Fridays 6-10pm, and Saturdays
- Tech Rehearsals Sept 18-24
- Performances September 25-October 11 (We will choose 2 weekends based on performer availability and are willing to work around fall break schedules)
- Let us know if you cannot perform on a Sunday. If multiple cast members cannot do Sundays, we will not have Sunday shows.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
- $300 for actors 18 and under still in high school
- Application for scholarships are due on the date of your audition.
VOLUNTEER HOURS
Instead of asking families to complete volunteer hours for this production, we’ve built the creative process right into our rehearsals. Throughout the rehearsal period, the cast will collaborate with our creative team to help create costumes, props, and scenic elements, giving every performer the opportunity to take ownership in bringing the world of the show to life while learning valuable behind-the-scenes theatre skills. This approach keeps the process organized, intentional, and focused on creating a polished final production.
WHAT TO PREPARE:
For your audition, prepare 30-60 seconds of a song that demonstrates both vocal ability and acting. Memorization is preferred but not required.
We will sing from the show for callbacks.

FALL JR MUSICAL
Get ready for a wildly fun adventure! When a group of unlikely friends finds themselves far from the comforts of home, they’ll discover that life can be one big party—as long as you’ve got the right people beside you. Expect laughs, catchy tunes, and plenty of larger-than-life personalities.

- Everyone who registers gets a role
- No Audition required!

- PARTICIPATION FEE: Registration fee of $35 and $75 per month (does not include a cast shirt – must be purchased separately
- 20% off for siblings
ACADEMY CAST REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: *SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Not all actors will be called for all rehearsals
- Rehearsals begin August 5
- Wednesdays from 5-6:30pm for ensemble and supporting roles
- Wednesdays from 5-7pm for lead roles
- Everyone who registers gets a role
- Performances November 14
- PARTICIPATION FEE: Registration fee of $35 and $110 per month (does not include a cast shirt – must be purchased separately)
- $90 per month for siblings
PREMIER CAST REHEARSAL SCHEDULE: *SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Not all actors will be called for all rehearsals
- Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (not all actors are called all days)
- Tech Rehearsals November 6-12 TBD days/times
- Performances November 13-22.
- Let us know if you cannot perform on a Sunday
- PARTICIPATION FEE: $125 per month or $300 if paid in full *includes a cast shirt
- Application for scholarships are due on the date of your audition.

VOLUNTEER HOURS
The cast will be required to complete volunteer hours for the show, as outlined in the Limelight guide above: What to Expect.
WHAT TO PREPARE:
For your audition, please prepare to sing, act, and dance.
- Choose any 30 second cut of a musical theatre song to sing (with a track. no accompanist is provided)
- Choose any 30 second monologue to perform if you want a non-ensemble role (memorized preferred, but not required. If you want to be ensemble only, no monologue is required)
- Plan to perform the audition dance. This will be taught at the workshop and posted here
